At Wumera, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be returned with original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Customized or made-to-measure clothing
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or the item has a defect, we will gladly offer an exchange or replacement, subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product was defective
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
